This house is incredible. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms are large. The living spaces and open and light. The pool was fantastic. Location is ideal - walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

There is hot water, this is very rare and valuable, cool beds, a spacious house, a large swimming pool, shops nearby, 10 minutes away

The house is located next to the road, noisy, the pool is not very well maintained, the tiles are blooming, the area is dry, I would like to see more beautiful grass

The landlord was very enthusiastic and responsible for welcoming us. The fruit juice was very delicious and the water dispenser was promptly replenished with large buckets of pure water. The kitchen was well-equipped. We bought manta rays, groupers, very fresh shrimps and crabs at the Negombo fish market, and vegetables from the supermarket to make salads. We also hired a chartered assistant and driver, and together with the 11 of us, it was a delicious and inexpensive meal. Recommend this villa!
